Job Summary
Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in how we select, evaluate and collaborate with our suppliers. To further strengthen our approach, we want to develop a clear and practical Supplier ESG Framework that defines what sustainability information we expect from suppliers and how this information should be collected, documented and monitored.
Our supplier expectations cover environmental, social and governance topics such as climate and emissions, energy and water efficiency, waste, human rights, working conditions, ethical business conduct and regulatory compliance.
During your internship, you will help translate these expectations into a concrete framework. You will investigate what information and evidence we should request from suppliers, ranging from policies and recognized management systems to sustainability performance data, certifications, sustainability reporting and external assessments.
An important part of the project will be defining which requirements are essential and which are additional, how the information can be incorporated into our systems, and how we can ensure it remains complete and up to date over time.
Ultimately, your project will contribute to a structured, practical and maintainable approach to supplier ESG management.
